As summer (in Brisbane, Australia) approaches, I have been looking at the daily UV levels (mentioned in my last post) in Brisbane and wondering how well the levels would be predicted. One of the factors is cloud cover (a complex issue – more on this in another post) and the thicknessof the ozone layer above us.<\/p>\n
NASA has a nice website for their Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer, where you enter your latitude and longitude and it gives you the thickness of the ozone later where you are.<\/p>\n
