They concluded:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;Overall, no increase  in risk of glioma or meningioma<sup> <\/sup>was  observed with use of  mobile phones. There were suggestions<sup> <\/sup>of  an increased risk  of glioma at the highest exposure levels,<sup> <\/sup>but  biases and  error prevent a causal interpretation. The possible<sup> <\/sup>effects   of long-term heavy use of mobile phones require further<sup> <\/sup>investigation.&#8221;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This supports most  other studies. However, the accompanying commentary by\u00a0Rodolfo Saracci  and Jonathan Samet<strong> <\/strong> notes<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;<em>The tired refrain \u2018more research is  needed\u2019 fully<sup> <\/sup>applies in  this instance: without more  research the public&#8217;s<sup> <\/sup>question  about the acceptability of  cancer risk from mobile<sup> <\/sup>phones  will remain unanswered.&#8221;. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>I  saw this type of comment on mobile phone research over 20 years ago.
